摘  要:通过Cu片腐蚀试验、红外光谱和XPS扫描分析 ,对油溶性羧酸铜铜剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 (T2 0 2 )的抗腐蚀性能进行了研究 .铜剂与T2 0 2 分别具有良好的抗腐蚀特性 ,两者复合后随着铜剂含量的增加抗腐蚀效果变差 .添加剂之间相互作用使元素S的活性增强 。The corrosion inhibition performance of oil carboxylic-acid copper and Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate (T 202 ) in 350SN base oil were investigated by the copper-immersion tests combined with infrared spectrum analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectrocopy.The results indicate that both of the copper additive and T 202 showed good corrosion inhibition performance ,but the efficiency of T 202 combined with the oil carboxylic-acid copper became worse.The activity of element sulphur was enhanced due to the interaction between the copper additive and T 202 ,which was the main reason for the corrosion of copper.
