摘 要:介绍制粒堆浸技术的技术特点和适用范围 ,评述了国内外的研究和应用现状 ,指出国内该项技术的发展趋势。制粒堆浸工艺的关键是选择或制备适合矿石特点的制粒粘结剂 ,保证较高的粒矿湿强度 ;其适用于含泥粘土矿、选矿尾矿和粉矿量大的矿石的处理。美国金矿堆浸生产中 60 %~ 70 %的堆浸厂采用制粒堆浸工艺 ,智利的铜矿堆浸有 5 0 %采用制粒堆浸。金的制粒堆浸技术在我国已应用于 10多个厂矿。大冶铜录山矿的高含泥氧化铜矿实验室柱浸试验及大冶铜山口矿高含泥氧化铜矿半工业试验均取得较好结果 ,在我国该项技术要向产业化、规模化发展 。The technical features and applicable range of palletizing heap leaching process are described The research and application of this technology in China is reviewed, and the developing trend is also predicted The key process of palletizing heap leaching is selection or preparation pellet cementing agent propitious to ore's properties,makes particles have enough wet strength The palletizing heap leaching process is applicable to sliming clay minerals, tails of floatation and powder ores?60%~70% golden heap leaching plants in USA, and an half of copper heap leaching plants use palletizing heap leaching process There are more than ten golden palletizing heap leaching plants in China Sliming copper oxide ores are successfully treated by palletizing heap leaching process in Tonglushan and Tongshankou Mine in Daye Nonferrous Metals Corp The commercialization and scale up is the trend of the palletizing heap leaching process development in China, the relative industry and technique will also develop along with it
