摘　　要：从氮化铝陶瓷的制备工艺 ,即粉末的合成、成形、烧结 3个方面详细介绍了氮化铝陶瓷的研究状况 。Aluminum nitride(AlN) has excellent thermal, electrical and mechanical properties, and attracts more and more attention. This paper relates the development of fabricating high thermal conductivity AlN ceramics process, including powder preparation, molding, sintering. It is suggested that research on low cost powder preparation technology and net shape molding technology are valuable.
