摘 要:采用 H1Cr2 6 Ni2 1作为过渡层焊丝 ,焊接 Monel40 0 / 16 Mn R复合板。研究了复合板焊接接头的弯曲性能、拉伸强度、主要化学元素在焊缝中的扩散程度及其微观组织。结果表明 ,焊缝成形良好 ,在距复层焊缝表面 2 .4mm范围内 ,焊丝化学成份对复层焊缝化学成份的稀释率为 0。焊接接头的拉伸强度为 6 30 MPa。面弯角大于等于 12 0°,背弯角为 180°,侧弯角大于等于 10 0°。焊接接头具有良好的综合机械性能。In case of using H1Cr26Ni21 as transition layer wire in Monel 400/16 MnR welding process, the bend properties, tensile strength, element diffusion and microstructure in weld joint were studied. The element dilution ratio of transition layer to clad layer at depth of 2 4 mm approached zero. The tensile strength of the weld joint was 630 MPa. The angle of surface bend is more than 120°, the back bend angle is 180°, and the side bend angle is more than 100°; Thus on account of its multiple H1Cr26Ni21 can be used as a transition layer wire in the welding of some important engineering structures made of for example pressure vessels thus on account of its multiple.
