摘　　要：结合某轧钢厂的具体情况 ,在实验轧机上 ,采用铅件模拟劈分轧制H5 0 0mm× 2 0 0mm ,H40 0mm× 2 0 0mm的H型钢异型坯 ,探索了轧制过程中的一些变形规律 ,并进行了分析 ,证实了此法在该厂生产的可行性。According to the equipment and processing condition of a Rolling Mill,the paper simulated the process to the H shape bloom which sizes were H500mm×200mm,H400mm×200mm. The experiment used lead pieces. The regulations of deformation with split rolling method were studied. The result proves that this method is applicable to this factory
