摘　　要：为给肝内占位性病变的ＭＲＩ定位诊断提供解剖学依据，利用３０例腹部连续矢状断面标本和４１例胎肝管道铸型，研究了肝内门静脉和肝静脉的矢状断面表现及Ｃｏｕｉｎａｕｄ肝段在矢状断面上的划分，还详细讨论了易致错分肝段的一些因素。In order to provide the anatomy data for MRI localization of focal Iiver lesions,the sagittal anatomy of the intrahepatic ducts and delimitation of the Couinau's hepatic segments on the sagittal plane were investigated on 30:sets of serial sagittal sections, of adult cadavers and 41 corrosion casts of vessels of the fetal livers. Moreover,this paper also discusses some elements which are likely to lead to wrong judgement of the hepatic segments.
