胸膜顶在矢状断面的观察与测量

摘　　要：在３０具成年男尸躯体连续矢状断面标本上，观测了左、右侧胸膜顶与锁骨的关系。结果如下：左侧胸膜顶最凸点高出锁骨上面平均为１．２０ｃｍ；右侧平均为１．７０ｃｍ。左侧胸膜顶最凸点距正中矢状面平均为３．２０ｃｍ；右侧平均为３．６６ｃｍ。经回归分析发现胸廓指数与左侧胸膜顶的高度存在着回归关系；右侧则无这一关系。The relative position of the cervical pleura to the clavicle attracts close attention of the neck surgeons.On 30 sets of serial sagittal sections of the trunk of male adult cadavers,the relation of the dome of pleura to the clavicle was studied. Results:the apex of the dome exceeds the superior surface of clavicle by 1.70cm on the right and 1.20cm on the left:the,highest point of the dome is 3.66cm away from the median plane on the right,3.20cm on the left;the intersections point of the lateral border of the dome and the upper surface of clavicle to the median plane is further on the right side than that of the left;a regressive equation is found between the height of the dome and the thoracic index on the left side,but no such relation on the right.
