摘 要:本实验采用5只双侧备用根猫,一侧以电针刺激.术后5天取脊髓背角组织,用梯度电泳与细胞钓蛋白带技术寻找针刺后脊髓背角组织中促神经元存活的神经营养活性物质。结果显示,针刺侧Rf0.11带130KD的蛋白质量含量增加,促神经元存活效应增强.该活性蛋白可能与针刺促进备用根侧支出芽和突触重建有关。In order to explore the effect of electroacupuncture on the amount and biological activity of the neurotrophic substence from spared root cat dorsal horn, five cats with bilateral partial dorsal rhizatomy of hind limb were used. After operating, one side of animal was subjected to electroacupuncture stimulation. The extract from spinal dorsal horn was employed for polyacrylamide gel concentraction gradient electrophoresis and protein band-fishing by cells. The results were as following: The content of Rf 0. 11 band protein(MW: 130KD) was increased and neurotrophic activity of maintaining neurons survival was strengthened by acupunction. The protein may relate with the collateral sprouting and synaptic reinnervation of the spared root.
