睾丸静脉曲张手术治疗的应用解剖学

摘　　要：从临床应用的角度，对３０ 具（６０ 侧）成年男性尸体的睾丸静脉、腹壁下静脉（内侧支）、旋髂深静脉进行解剖观测。提出睾丸静脉与腹壁下静脉吻合术为治疗睾丸静脉曲张转流术的首选术式。其次，也可配合睾丸静脉与旋髂深静脉吻合术。Based on the dissection,observation and measurement of the testicular vein, inferior epigastric vein and deep circumflex iliac vein of 30 adult male cadavers(60 sides), the author made a suggestion that making an anastomosis between the testicular vein and the inferior epigastric vein for varicosis of the testicular vein is the first choice. Secondly, an anastomosis between the testicular vein and the deep circumflex iliac vein can be made for the more serious cases of varicosis of the testicular vein.
