摘　　要：目的 :应用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方氧氟沙星滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法 :用外标法 ,以Shim- pack ODS为固定相 ,甲醇 -枸橼酸 (0 .0 5 mol/ L ) -乙腈 -醋酸铵 (0 .5 mol/ L ) - 0 .3%磷酸 (10 0∶ 78∶ 2 2∶ 1∶ 3)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 40 nm,流速为 1.0 ml/ min。结果 :地塞米松磷酸钠线性范围为 0 .1712～ 0 .85 6 0 μg(r =0 .9995 ,n=5 ) ,平均回收率为 99.5 8% ,RSD =0 .97% (n =6 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确。Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Compound Ofloxacin Eye Drops. Methods: Using Shim-pack ODS as fixed phase, a mixture of methanol-citric acid(0.05mol/L)-acetonitrile-ammonium acetate (0.5 mol/L)-0.3% phosphoric acid(100∶78∶22∶1∶3) as mobile phase, and detecting wave length: 240 nm, flow rate:1.0 ml/L. Results: The linear rangs of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate was 0.171 2～0.856 0 μg(r=0.999 5,n=5). The average recovery was 99.58% and RSD(n=6) was 0.97%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
