摘　　要：Several mathematical models were built based on the data of representative plot, sample trees and analytic trees of poplar,which is the main tree species of farm shelter belt.Using mathematical method,and according to the synthetic analysis from different aspects i.e.protection maturity, quantitative maturity and economic maturity, the suitable regeneration age was determined as 14～20 years old.This can be used as a reference for the management of farm shelter belt .Several mathematical models were built based on the data of representative plot, sample trees and analytic trees of poplar,which is the main tree species of farm shelter belt.Using mathematical method,and according to the synthetic analysis from different aspects i.e.protection maturity, quantitative maturity and economic maturity, the suitable regeneration age was determined as 14～20 years old.This can be used as a reference for the management of farm shelter belt .
