摘  要:以 0 .5mm以下的花生茎尖为外植体 ,在MS附加不同激素和有机物的培养基上进行诱芽和诱根培养 ,结果表明 :①在MS + 1.0mg/LBA + 1.0mg/LNAA培养基上愈伤组织和丛生芽发生率分别达到 90 .0 %和 80 .6% ;在 1/2MS(I) +MS(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ )+ 2 .0mg/LNAA + 0 .1mg/LBA培养基上生根率和单个外植体产根数分别达到 86.7%和 5 .1个。② 2 ,4 D可促进愈伤组织增生 ,但无诱根效果 ;烟酸和VB6 可促进丛生芽发生 ;NAA对促进生根和生芽均有效果。③不同基因型间诱导愈伤组织和丛生芽存在一定差异。茎尖经诱芽、诱根培养出完整植株 ,炼苗后移至室外能正常开花、结荚。The peanut plantlets were regenerated from shoot tips less than 5mm of 5 peanut varieties on MS basad medium supplmented with different plant growth regulator.The experimental results indicated that the pecentage of callus and poly shoots were 90.0% and 80.6% respectively on the medium supplemented with BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;the pecentage of rooting and average number of rooting/explants 86.7% and 5.1 respectively on medium supplemented with NAA 2.0 mg/L+BA 0.1mg/L;2,4 D could stimulate to induce callus,and could not imduce rooting,Nicotinic acid and VB 6 could stimulate to induce poly shoots and NAA could cloth induce rooting and generate shoots.The pecentage of callus and poly shoots had significant difference in different genotypes.The regeneration plant with shoots and rooting were transferred to greenhouse and they could flower and set pod normally.
