摘　　要：以国内外林业发展形势为背景 ,指出在林业正确定位后主要的问题是森林经营如何到位、森林经营如何转型 ,文章特别针对南方集体林区存在的问题 ,提出了若干带有方向性的解决途径。Taking the development situation of domestic and foreign forestry as the backgroud, it is pointed out the key problem is, affter forestry was given a right position, how the forest management to work well, and how to transform. Especially, in accordance with the existing problems in commune-owned forest area of south China, some directional solutions are presented in this paper.
