摘  要:对柚木组培苗进行炼苗时间、生根剂浸泡、基质营养及根外施肥等方面研究 ,并对移植成活率和植后生长情况进行测定。结果表明 :筛选出最大成活率及有利于植后高生长的参试指标分别是炼苗时间为 2 0~ 30天 ;生根浸泡液为IBA1 0 0mg/L +IAA1 0 0mg/L +NAA50mg/L ;基质营养为每 1 0 0kg土中加挪威复合肥 1 5~ 30 g、磷肥 2 5~ 35g、钾肥 30~ 6 0g。实现上述参试指标 ,组培苗移植成活率可达 96 % ,植后第一个月苗高生长可达 7.6cm。在基质营养不足时 ,追施 2~ 5g/L尿素和挪威复合肥可使苗高生长提高Based on large scale experiments, this paper deals with acclimatization time, ex vitro rooting, substrate nutrition and leaf fertilizer for transplanting of teak tissue culture seedlings. Survival rate and height growth were mainly used to evaluate experiment results and optimum treatments were selected as follows: acclimatization time, 20~30 days; ex vitro rooting solution, IBA100 mg/L+IAA100 mg/L+NAA50 mg/L; substrate nutrition, soluble N 21.0 mg/kg, soluble P 171.7 mg/kg, soluble 172.9 mg/kg. Transplanting survival rate reached as high as 96.0% and height increment in the first month was as high as 7.6 cm. Leaf fertilization after transplanting is very helpful to seedling growth. Twice a week with 2 g/L urine and 5 g/L compound fertilizer solution promoted height growth to 2 times.
