桉树杂交育种及杂种优势的利用简介

摘　　要：介绍了桉树杂交育种工作的情况及成果。在育种目标和育种策略的指导下 ,选择31株尾叶桉优树作母本 ,选择细叶桉、赤桉和刚果 1 2号桉等 1 3个树种 72株优树以及 3个杂种的 5株优树和尾叶桉 6株优树作父本 ,通过人工控制授粉已获得种间杂种 40 5个组合 ,尾叶桉全同胞家系 2 0个。建立杂种比较试验林 2 3片计 1 2 .53hm2 ,参试杂种 1 86个组合 ,尾叶桉全同胞家系 4个。已选育出优良杂种组合 51个、优良尾叶桉全同胞家系 3个 ,优良杂种单株1 41株、优良尾叶桉单株 7株 ,部分优良单株已作为无性系进行鉴定 ,初步选育出优良杂种无性系 2 1个。同时 ,还选育出 3株尾叶桉雄性不育株。ThispapergivesabriefintroductiontointerspecifichybridizationinEucalyptuscarriedoutinResearchInstituteofTropicalForestry ,ChineseAcademyofForestry .Withguid anceofbreedingstrategy ,31superiortreesofE .urophyllawereemployedasmaternaltreeand72superiortreesof 1 3speciesand 5interspecifichybridtreesaspaternaltree ,and 40 5interspe cificcrossesand 2 0full sibfamiliesofE .urophyllawereharvested .Twenty threehybridproge nytestswereestablished ,withatotalarea 1 2 .53hm2 and 1 86crossestested .Fifty fourcrosses and 1 48hybridstreesweretestedtobesuperior,and 2 1superiorhybridcloneswerepreliminarilyselectedout.Inaddition ,threemalesteriletreesofE .urophyllawerefound ,whichcouldbe greatlyvaluableinestablishinghybridseedlingseedorchardingeneticmaterialterms.Thiswork wouldprovidereliablegeneticpedigreematerialsforeucalyptplantationmanagementandhighgenerationbreeding .
