摘　　要：报告2例以鹅口疮为首发症状的艾滋病。患者3～4年前均多次卖血浆。初发症状为严重的鹅口疮,久治不愈。经检查均合并其它性病,艾滋病确认试验证实为艾滋病。认为严重而持久的鹅口疮应警惕艾滋病。Report two AIDS cases presented with thrush as the first symptom. Both patients had multiple plasma donations three to four years ago before the initial symptom with severe and persistent thrush that was resistant to the treatment. On examination they both were complicated with other venereal diseases. The diagnosis of AIDS was confirmed. Severe and persistent thrush should warn a possibility of AIDS.
