摘　　要：复旦大学附属中山医院门急诊医疗综合楼设计从建筑形式多元化对医院建筑形式的补充与冲击、建筑形式的复杂性对医疗流程的作用与反作用、建筑形式与建筑节能等方面探讨了医疗模式与医院建筑设计模式互动关系,及其对医院建筑形态与医疗功能形态同步演变的促进作用。In designingZhongshanHospitalof FudanUniversity,the authorstakethe winprojectof SCAUas base,emphasize on the urban image of hospital,combineproper medicalflowwithnew architecturalstyleand establishthe functionconcept of'tree'.Many factorscan affecthospitalarchitecturaldesign,such as the impactof architecturalforms multiplicityto hospital features,the interactionbetweenthe complexityof architecturalstylesand medicalflow,the relationbetweenarchitecturalstyles and itsphysics,energy saving,etc.By studyingthe influencefactorsabove,the authorsrealizethatthe interactionbetween medicalmode and design mode has a positiveimpacton the synchronousreformof architecturalstyleand medicalfunction.
