摘　　要：通过对医院改扩建的探讨,简要地介绍了武汉协和医院外科大楼的设计,包括总体发展规划设想,高层病房楼的交通与消防设置,标准层病房设计,以及医患分流、洁污分流等流线组织的重要性。By studying extension of the hospital,architecture the paper brieflyintroducesthe design of surgicaldepartmentbuildingof Wuhan XieheHospital,whichincludes con-ception of general developing plan-ning,communicationand firefighting arrangement of in-patient department of high-rise building,wards design of standard floor,separationof doctors and patients,and separationof clean and dirtymatter.
