摘　　要：通过对当前世界绿色建筑评估法中的主流之一、英国的“建筑研究所环境评估法(BREEAM)”的研究,详细介绍绿色建筑评估这一概念及其发展过程,以及其对绿色建筑实践的作用和影响,同时亦从评估这一角度阐述绿色建筑的理念及宗旨。相信这一介绍会对中国建筑工业及市场上绿色建筑实践的规范化具有一定参考价值。Through the study on one of the mainstreamingassessment tools in the world-- - the BuildingResearch EstablishmentEnvironmentalAssessmentMethod(BREEAM)in UK,this articlestudies and introducesthe concept and developmentof'green buildingassessment',and itsimpacton Green Buildingpractice.It also gives a descriptionon the philosophyand aim of Green Buildingfrom the pointof view of assessment.It is believedthat thisstudy can providesome referencefor the regularizationof the Green Buildingpracticein buildingindustryand at the market place,and for the establishmentof green buildingassessment methodsinChina.
