摘 要:探讨了石灰石硅酸盐水泥在低温和一定浓度MgSO4 溶液中的侵蚀过程。采用粉煤灰部分替代石灰石微粉或水泥来阻止侵蚀反应或延缓反应速度 ,并提高石灰石硅酸盐水泥的强度。对净浆试样定期目测观察 ,并用XRD物相鉴定方法对某些样品进行物相鉴定 ,证实侵蚀物质为水化碳硫硅酸钙 ,同时证实Ca(OH ) 2 参与了侵蚀反应 。The corrosion of Portland limestone cement pastes in the certain MgSO 4 soultion at low temperature was studied. The corrosion can be resisted or delayed by partially replacing limestone powder or cement with fly ash. The strength of Portland limestone cement can also be enhanced. The pastes are visually inspcted periodically. Some samples of the pastes are examined by X ray diffraction. In this way we can confirm that corrosion substance is Hydrated Calcium Carbon Sulfate Silicate. At the same time it is also verified that Ca(OH) 2 tekes part in the corrosion reaction. The mechanism is further defined that fly ash improves salfate resistant of Portland lime stone cement.
