摘　　要：在鹤洞大桥和华南大桥的施工中，由于进行了全面质量管理积极认真地组织和落实ＩＳＯ９００２质量保证体系，严格按照程序要求运行；适时采用新技术、新工艺、新结构、新材料；建立ＱＣ小组对关键工序和特殊工序推行全过程质量控制。确保了二座大桥的顺利建成通车，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。During the construction of the Hedong Bridge and the Huanan Bridge,the total quality management,the quality assurance system standards ISO9002 were implemented in accordance with the requirements of the procedure of the quality management system.New technology,advanced techniques,structures and construction materials were used in the works.Quality Control Groups(QC)were organized and establshed to make a better control to the key working procedures and the special processes,thus ensuring the successful completion and openning to traffic of the two bridges,obtaining an excellent economic benefits and social benefits.
