摘  要:采用C-T电路,将电容量C转换成与之对应的振荡周期T,经缓冲电路、整形电路后送入CPU,进行测量及数据处理.可以直接用数字显示测量结果.本文介绍了该测量方法的硬件和软件设计,同时对测量误差的产生原因作了扼要分析.Capacitor is one of components widely used in circuit and its precision can affects directly the performance of the circuit. The method for measuring the value of capacitor introduced in this paper adopts C-T circuit, which can translate value of capacitor to oscillation cycle and transmit value of capacitor to CPU to measure and process data through buffer circuit and filter circuit. The circuit can also show directly the measuring result. In the paper,not only is the design of hard ware and soft ware presented, but also the cause of measuring error is analyzed.
