带血管蒂的髂骨膜瓣移位修复股骨头关节软骨缺损的应用解剖

摘　　要：目的:研究用带臀上深上支血管蒂的髂骨膜瓣移位的方法,修复股骨头关节软骨缺损的可行性。方法:采用30侧红色乳胶灌注标本,对臀上动脉进行观测。结果:发现有3种类型,(1)在梨状肌上缘,臀上动脉分浅、深支。(2)在臀中、小肌之间,深支可分为上、下支。(3)深上支。结论:带血管蒂的骼骨膜瓣移位,可用于修复股骨头关节软骨缺损。Objective: To study the effect of pedicled ilium periosteal flap translocation on repairing the defect of articular cartilage of femoral head. Methods: The superior gluteal arteries were observed in 30 sides of adult dissection perfussed with red letax. Results: (1) The superior gluteal artery was divided into superficial and deep branches at the superior border of pyri-formis. (2) The deep branch was further divided into superior and inferior branches running between the gluteus medius and minimus. (3) The deep superior branch was divided into 3 models. Conclusion: The pedicled ilium periostea! flap could be transposed to repair the defect of articular cartilage of femoral head.
