摘　　要：目的　本研究的目的是要发现甘肃省青年的面部软组织形态特点并为临床提供参考。方法　对 1 0 3名 (男 5 2 ,女 5 1 )青年进行了X—线头影测量 ,对 1 3项指标做了统计分析。结果　FCA男性为1 0 97°、女性为 7.93°,H角男性为 1 6.81°,女性为 1 4.98° ,Z角男性为 73.88°女性为 77.2 2 ,ULL男性为 2 4 44mm ,女性为 2 2 .76mm ,LLL男性为 5 2 .48mm ,女性为 5 0 .0 2mm ,上唇厚男性为 1 5 .84mm ,女性为 1 3.2 5mm ,下唇厚男性为 1 6.2 8mm ,女性为 1 4.37mm ,NLA男性为 89.94°,女性为 93.93°,鼻尖高男性为 1 9 97mm ,女性为 1 9.0 8mm。结论　显示本组青年的面突角较大 ,面中份较向前突 ,鼻背较高 ,鼻尖较向下垂。男女之间的差异明显存在 。Objective The purpose of this investigation were to cephalometric study the characteristics of the soft-tissue profile in young people in Gansu province.Methods 103 subjects(52 male,51 female)were studied and 13 items were measured.Results cephalometric analysis shpwed the FCA were 10.97°(male),7.93°(female),H angle were 16.81°(male),14.98°(female),Zangle were 73.88°(male),77.22°(female),ULL were 24.44mm(male),22.76mm-(female),LLL were 52.48mm(male),50.02mm(female)upper lip thick were 15.48mm(male),13.25mm(female),low lip thick were 16.28mm(male),14.37mm(female),NLA were 89.94°(male),93.93°(female). Conclusion The results imply that the soft tissue profole of this group of young people were more protrussion.The differences of the data between the male and female were significant.
