森林健康理论与病虫害可持续控制——对美国林业考察的思考

摘　　要：美国是一个森林资源比较丰富的国家 ,同时也是一个森林病虫火等灾害发生比较严重的国家。森林健康是美国近十多年来在森林病虫火防治实践中形成的一种新的理论。笔者综合评述了美国森林健康理论的形成过程 ,森林健康思想的内涵及其实质 ,以及美国森林健康计划、措施、监测 ;讨论了美国森林健康理论与实践中值得中国森林病、虫、火等灾害控制工作加以思考和借鉴的几个方面 ,用科学的思想来指导森林病虫害的防治工作 ,以天然林的稳定系统结构来指导现有林的改造与营建 ,将现代化的监测系统与地面定位监测网相结合 ,对全国森林健康状况进行分析和区划 ,从而制定相应的管理对策和措施。并应尽快组织力量 ,加强森林健康理论的研究 ,汲取森林健康理论和实践上的已有成果 ,大力宣传森林健康的思想 ,建立试验示范点 ,探索符合中国实际的森林健康措施。American is one of rich forest resources countries and much forest pest and fire countries.Forest health is a new theory produced in control practice of forest pest and fire in recent ten years.Formation procedures about forest health theory,intension and substance of forest health thought,forest health plan,forest health practice and forest health monitoring were reviewed.It was discussed that American forest health theory and practice were valuable thinking and using for reference in the forest pest and fire sustained control in China.It included that the forest pest control was made under the direction of science thought with higher level,forest plantation was conducted in according to the stable systematic structure of natural forest,the modernization monitoring system and ground fixed monitoring net were combined together.China should begin to do relative study about forest health theory as soon as possible,establish exemplary experiment spot,seek forest health measures according with China practice.
