南通市水生蔬菜的发展与现状

摘　　要：我国是 1 3亿人口的农业大国 ,人均耕地约 70 0m2 。加入WTO之后 ,因我国劳动力价格较低 ,劳动密集型的蔬菜生产业具有明显的竞争力。我国政府一直很重视蔬菜生产 ,实施了较大规模的菜篮子工程。水生蔬菜在蔬菜生产、加工、出口创汇等方面占有很大的比重 ,在江苏 ,仅藕加工品年出口创汇数千万美元。南通市地处长江下游 ,滨江临海 ,素有黄金海岸和黄金水道之誉 ,隶属上海经济发展区。以莲藕为主的水生蔬菜近年来在南通发展很快 ,对发展农村经济。China is an agricultural country with a 13 billion population. The plough area per person is 700 m 2. Because the price of labor force in our country is very low, the vegetable produce region of labor intensive type has obvious competitiveness afterwards joining WTO. The government in our country has been paying attention to vegetable production for a long time and carrying out large scope vegetable basket project. The acquatic vegetable occupies a very big proportion in vegetable production,processing,export,foreign exchange etc. The foreign exchange of processing produce of lotus roots totalled ten millions of US Dollars in Jiangsu every year. Nantong City lies in Changjiang River, closing to river and facing the sea,named gold seashore and gold water way,belonges to Shanghai economical development area. The acquatic vegetable about main lotus roots has developed rapidly in recent years and played an important role on countryside economic and improving people life.
