摘　　要：建立一种用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定丙酮酸钙含量的方法.色谱条件为C18柱,乙腈-0.1%二环已胺和0.1%甲酸的水溶液(5:95)为流动相, 检测波长为230nm.线性范围0.08～0.8mg/mL(r = 0.9999).A HPLC method for the determination of calcium pyruvate was developed. The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column and mobile phase of acetonitrile-aqueous solution (add 1mL dicyclohexylamine and 1mL formic acid anhydrous to 1000mL H2O)(5:95). The detection wavelength was 230nm. The calibration curve was linear from 0.08 to 0.8mg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.
