摘 要:以聚酯笼式终缩聚反应器开发为背景 ,在采用库特流模型对反应器偏心环隙流功率特性进行理论分析的基础上 ,考查了介质黏度、装料液位、转速等因素对笼体和网面功率消耗的影响 .结果表明 :转速影响最大 ,而液位影响最小 ,最终得到了笼体和网面功率关联式 。The cage-like finishers are used as final polycondensation in polyester industry.In this paper its power consumption characteristics are discussed.A variety of effects of some important factors such as fluid viscosity,rotational speed and feed height, etc , on power consumption are reported.The results show that the feed height effect is weaker when the H/D ranges from 0.25 to 0.5,but the rotational speed effect is the strongest.A model for power consumption,Np=C′Re -1 LD i(1-ε)f(H),is also given based on Couette flow in eccentric annuli with rotation of inner cage by using the dimensionless shape function B(θ) and the shape function R(θ) .The model indicates that fluid viscosity and rotational speed have complex effects on cage power consumption, increasing viscosity and rotational speed will increase viscous friction force but decrease f(H) .For practical purpose, general design correlation for cage, Np=617?Re -1 FrRe -0.15 HD i 0.45 LD i (1-ε), and net screens,Np=2.3 Re -1 FrRe -0.47 HD w 0.51 ,are provided within the range of 650?m Pa·s≤ μ ≤200?Pa·s, N ≤20?r·min -1 , Re ≤200, particularly in low Reynolds number region.
