摘　　要：β-紫罗兰酮是一种相当有用的香料 ,也是工业上生产维生素 A和叶绿醇的基本原料。介绍了由芳樟醇经柠檬醛、假性紫罗兰酮制备 β-紫罗兰酮的研究进展 ,并且对今后的研究做出了展望。ionone is a valuable flavor, which is also a basic substance for the synthesis of vitamin A and chlorophyll mellow. various processes for transfomation from dehydrolinalool to β ionone via citral and pseudoionone are introduced. Finally and the prospects in this field is also brought forward.
