摘 要:报道了一种以苯海拉明碘化物与碘化铋形成的分子缔合物为电活性物的新型PVC膜苯海拉明选择电极。电极的线性响应范围为 1 0× 10 -1~ 2 .6× 10 -5mol/L ;级差为 4 8mV/pC ;检出限为 1 9× 10 -5mol/L。该电极响应迅速 ,重现性好 ,用此电极以校准曲线法对片剂中的苯海拉明进行了测定 ,此法简便 。A polyvinyl chloride membrane-diphenhydramine selective electrode based on diphenhydramine and bismuthiodile molecular association complex is reported. The electrode shows Nernst response for diphenhydramine ranges between 1.0 x 10(-1) to 2.6 x 10(-5) mol/L with a slope of 48 mV/pC. The detection limit is 1.9 x 10(-3) mol/L. The electrode has fast respons and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of diphenhydramine in medicinal tablet by the standard curve method. The procedure of this method is simple and the results obtained are agree with those of pharmacopeial method.
