三精锐普降糖仪对糖尿病患者及大鼠血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察糖尿病患者及大鼠使用三精锐普降糖仪治疗前后血糖水平的影响。方法：临床实验：对１６名糖尿病患者使用三精锐普降糖仪一次治疗前后的血糖进行测定。动物实验：取１２只大鼠，用四氧嘧啶制成糖尿病模型后分成３组：①模型组；②治疗组；③对照组。另有空白对照组大鼠６只。结果：临床实验：１６名糖尿病患者血糖均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。动物实验：经过一个疗程（１０ｄ）的治疗后，治疗组大鼠的血糖明显低于模型组与对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与空白对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：三精锐普降糖仪可以降低糖尿病患者和大鼠的血糖。Objective: To observe the effects of SanjingRuipu sugar-reducing device on plasmic glucose in diabetic patients and rats. Method: In clinical test, the plasmic glucose of 16 different patients before therapy and after therapy was examined. In animal test, 12 IDDM wistar rats were made by injecting Alloxan(50mg/kg), and then divided into 3 groups:(1)model group, (2)therapy group, and (3)control group. We also selected other 6 normal rats as normal group. Result: The plasmic glucose level of 16 diabetic patients declined distinctly(P<0.01). The plasmic glucose of therapy group was lower than control's(P<0.05), but there was almost no difference between therapy group and normal group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Sanjing Ruipu Sugar-reducing device can lower the plasmic glucose level of diabetic patients and rats.
