水冷发动机静电除垢装置研制

摘　　要：介绍了自行研制的在水冷发动机冷却系中使用的小型静电水处理器。运行测试表明 ,静电除垢装置能有效地起阻垢、除垢、防腐作用 ,并具有制造成本、运行费用低 ,效率高 ,无二次污染等特点。The technology of electrostatic hydrotreatment is widely used in the water-use systems, such as cooling circulation, heat exchange boiler and so on. A small electrostatic water processor was designed and made for a water cooled engine. The running tests showed that the processor could remove scale and keep from corrosion effectively and had a characteristic of low making and running costs, high efficiency, and no second-pollution.
