摘  要:利用放牧绵羊食道瘘管采集牧草样品 ,全收粪和羊粪液代替瘤胃液的二级离体消化法测得甘肃高山细毛羊成年羯羊在 7、8、10和 1月采食牧草干物质量依次为 :1115 .91±15 8.5 2、1397.0 4± 97.0 6、1314.69± 145 .4 0和 715 .5 5± 116.32 g/ d。同时测定了绵羊有机物、粗蛋白质、消化能、代谢能、钙和磷采食量 ,并与 NRC有关标准进行了比较 ,指出不同时期本区放牧绵羊 CP和 ME采食量的盈亏。随着放牧绵羊日采食量的减少 ,CP存留率和可消化 CP利用系数则有大幅度提高。Some methods, including forage sampling by esophageal fistula, all day's fece collection and Tilley and Terry's in vitro digestion test(fecal fluid instead of rumen fluid) were used to determine the intake of grazing sheep in July, August, October and January, respectively. The intake of grazing sheep on the base of dry matter (DM) was 1 115.91± 158.82, 1 397.04± 97.06, 1 314.69± 145.40 and 715.55± 116.32 g/d, respectively. The intake in organic dry matter (OM), crude protein(CP), metabolizable energy (ME), Ca and P in forage grazing by sheep was also determined. According to NRC standard, the enough or lack of CP and ME to the sheep's growth were pointed out. The rate of nitrogen reservation and digestible coefficient of crude protein dramatically increased with the decline of intake.
