摘　　要：主要介绍了在Windows95 / 98环境下 ,通过Modem和公用电话网 (PSTN)实现PC机系统之间的远程数据传输的方法 ,并用Delphi语言设计了一个专用于Modem通信的类 ,且结合已开发的武汉市排水泵站远程数据采集监测系统 。This paper mainly introduce the realization of remote data transmission between the system of PC, through the Modem and PSTN in the circumstance of the Windows 95/98. We design a communication class by Delphi and introduce it's function and usage in briefly combined with the System of Remote Data Collection and Watch of Wuhan City Drain Pumping Station that we explored.
