摘　　要：晚清政坛官场黑暗 ,贪污腐败成风。岑春煊作为后期清流派的主要成员 ,以肃贪惩腐闻名于世。他的肃贪经历和成败反映出中国封建专制体制下依靠人治而非法治肃贪所造成的不可避免的艰难性。As a key member of clean officials group,Cen Chunxuan is famous for fighting against corruption in the late Qing Dynasty,a time when corruption is widespread.His success and failure reflects the serious weaknesses,such as randomness and incompleteness,which are unavoidable for the corruption fighting at that time when the rule is taken by human rather than by law under the feudal dictatorial system.
