摘　　要：文章指出 ,我们所追求的法治秩序既是一种文化现象 ,又是法律文化建设的目标归结点。所以 ,在法治建设中 ,陈旧的法律文化观念对现今法律文化的建设和培植所可能产生的负面影响需有必要的警醒。The author points out that the law and order we are pursuing is both a cultural phenomenon and the aim of building legal culture. Thus, in the process of practicing the rule by law, we should be aware of the negative effects of the concept of the outdated legal culture on the building of the modern legal culture.
