摘　　要：形式主义流派是美国经济人类学中的一个重要学派 ,其突出的特点是推崇西方经济学理论和方法论 ,大胆运用形式主义观点方法研究非西方社会中人们的经济行为与经济制度。斯图尔特·普莱特纳是现阶段较有影响的一位形式主义学者 ,他致力于探索并建立一种新型的、广义上的形式主义经济人类学 ,后者吸纳了实在主义学派、新马克思学派的不少理论观点 ,以较为“综合”或“折衷”的面貌出现 ,但在研究方法上却坚定不移地向着“形式化”的方向迈进。The school of formalism is an important school of the economic anthropology of U.S.A. Its main traits are in favor of the Western economic theories and methodologies and a bold use of the ideas and methodologies of formalism in the study of the economic systems and performances in non-Western societies. Stuart Plattner is now a fairly influential scholar of formalism. He has devoted to the establishment of a new and generalized economic anthropology of formalism and adopted quite a few theories of pragmatism and new-Marxism. His theory is somewhat a combined one or a 'compromise' but his research approach surely adheres to formalism.
