摘　　要：研究了羽毛绒洗涤工艺中几种有机助剂的作用,选择了THD醇为较好的助剂,使用THD醇可以使羽绒耗氧指数降低60%,并用正交实验确定了洗涤工艺中各物料的投料比。Through researching the organic flu x function of down washing procedure,We selected the THD alcohol which is the better flux,it can reduce the down oxygen number b y 60%and we confirm the proportion of the putting in mate rial during the washing procdure by t he nonionic surfactant.
