摘　　要：要实现科技期刊编排标准化、规范化 ,国家有关部门应紧跟新学科、新技术的发展 ,对国家标准及时加以修订与完善 ,改变国家标准发布的惟一模式印刷版 。It necessitates to revise, perfect and issue the national standards in order to make the layout of the sci tech periodicals in a more normalized way. To achieve this, the departments concerned should comply with the development of new science and new technologies, and in such a way to make the perfection of the national standards step by step. In the meantime, the issuing mode of network version should be created to be a complementary of the current printing mode, in order to propagandize and spread the national standards.
