摘  要:利用免疫组织化学技术探讨了细胞色素P450胆固醇侧链裂解酶[P450(SCC)]在小鼠卵巢内的发生时相。研究发现15日龄的胎鼠卵巢内即存在P450(SCC)的免疫染色;出生前后卵巢内的基质细胞和前体颗粒细胞中均可检测到P450(SCC)的免疫染色。伴随卵泡发育,产后10d的小鼠卵巢次级卵泡膜细胞开始出现P450(SCC)的免疫染色,并随着日龄的增加而逐渐增强;临近性成熟小鼠卵巢内较大的有腔卵泡颗粒细胞也开始出现P450(SCC)的免疫染色。研究结果初步阐明了P450(SCC)在卵巢内的发生时相和表达模式;产后小鼠卵巢内P450(SCC)伴随次级卵泡膜细胞的形成而发生;优势卵泡排卵前的成熟发育进程中壁层颗粒细胞逐渐获得表达P450(SCC),进而分泌孕酮的能力。In the present study, the ontogeny of cytochrome P450 side chain cleavage enzyme [P450 (SCC)] in the mouse ovary was evaluated by immunohistochemistry technique. The results showed that P450 (SCC) was located in the mouse ovary of 15-day pregnancy; The stroma and pregranulosa cells were immuno-positive against P450 (SCC) in the mouse ovary around birth; With the follicular development and the formation of theca cells in the secondary follicles in the 10-day-old mouse, the immunostaining of P450 (SCC) in theca cells was initially detected and gradually enhanced accompanied with the increasing of ages. These data have clearly elucidated the ontogeny and expression pattern of P450 (SCC) in the mouse ovary. Furthermore, it has been suggested that the expression of P450 (SCC) in the immature mouse ovary was accompanied with the formation of theca cells and the mural granulosa cells in the dominant follicle gradually obtained the ability to express P450 (SCC) and produce the progesterone before ovulation.
