摘 要:目的 探讨大鼠阴栓形成和排放的机理 ;选择更加方便、快捷、准确的孕鼠模型鉴定方法。方法 采用托盘阴栓检查法 ,进行SD大鼠阴栓实验观察和孕鼠模型鉴定方法的比较。结果 发现SD大鼠是排多栓的即有多个阴栓型 ;阴栓数与孕鼠的仔胎数呈一定相关性 ;托盘阴栓检查法不仅与精子检查法的效果相当 ,而且还有其他的优点。结论 ①大鼠是多次射精的 ;鼠间大鼠排栓差异较大 ,而阴栓间的差异不显著 ;阴栓数与受孕胚胎数有关。②托盘阴栓检查法完全可以替代精子检查法用于大鼠孕鼠模型的鉴定。③托盘阴栓检查法在大量提供孕鼠模型、选育良种强化种群。Objective In order to investigate the mechanisms of formation and discharging of pessaries in rat, and choose the identification method of pregnant rat model which would be much more convenient, quick and accurate.Methods\ The method of pessary and the method of sperm were compared.Results\ The number of pessary of SD rat was one or more. The relativity existed between the quantities of pessaries and fetuses. The identification method of pessaries in tray was not only as good as identification method of sperm, but also superior to it.Conclusion\ ①The number of ejaculation was once or more. There were obvious differences in the pessary among the different rats, and no obvious differences among the different pessaries. The number of pessaries was related to the number of embryoes.②The method of pessaries in tray can be used to identify the pregnant rat models instead of the method of sperm.③The method of pessary in tray will be of practical significance in providing a great deal of pregnant rat models, breeding and heightening of the accuracy of production projects.
