摘  要:大位移井钻井技术是国外90年代发展起来的高新钻井技术,但钻井风险和钻井事故越来越引起人们的重视.因此本文在故障树分析基础上,结合灰元概念,对大位移钻井风险,首次提出了灰元故障树原理,成功地解决了大位移钻井风险预测和防范等问题.实例表明结果与其它方法吻合很好,符合实际,不仅对测算大位移井钻井风险适用,而且对于评估工程和经济领域的风险也适用,用途十分广泛.The extended reach drilling technique is an advanced and new drilling technique, which has been developed up abroad in the nineties. The risks and accidents of drilling have been emphasized more and more. Hence in this paper, based on the fault tree analysis combined with the concept of Grey- element, the Grey-element-fault-tree-theory is fist proposed for the risks of extended reach drilling, this risk problem is first successfully settled down. An example shows that its result is agreed with other methods and corresponded to practise. This method is not only applied to calculate the risks of extended reach drilling, but also to evaluate the risks of engineering and economic regions. Its use is very broad.
