针刺对2型糖尿病患者免疫细胞因子、胰岛素敏感指数及血凝指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺对2型糖尿病免疫细胞因子、胰岛素敏感指数及血高凝状态的影响。方法:将本病患者随机分为2组,即常规药物组(对照组)和常规药物加针刺治疗组(加针刺组)。测定两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、胰岛素敏感指数及体外血栓长度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原、部分凝血酶原活性时间、凝血酶原时间、空腹血糖治疗前后的量值变化,并进行统计学比较。结果:加针刺组能显著降低免疫细胞因子和血高凝状态指标含量,提高胰岛素敏感指数水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较也呈现重要的统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:表明针刺对2型糖尿病的作用机理可能与其调节免疫细胞因子、减少胰岛素抵抗、增加胰岛素对靶细胞的敏感性和改善微循环有关。In order to investigate the effect of acupuncture on immunologic cytokines, insulin sensitivity and high blood coagulation state in the patient of type II diabetes mellitus, the patients were divided into control group (50 cases) treated with routine drugs and combined acupuncture group (52 cases) treated with acupuncture combined with routine drugs, Tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α) and interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) contents were determined with RIA, at the same time, changes of in vitro thrombosis length, platelet agglutination rate, fibrinogen, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, fasting blood glucose were observed before and after treatment. Results indicated that in the combined acupuncture group, immunologic cytokines and the contents of blood coagulation indexes decreased significantly, and the levels of insulin sensitivity indexes increased (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01), with statistically significant differences compared with the control group (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01). It is suggested that mechanisms of acupuncture treating type II diabetes are possibly related with regulation of cytokines, reduction of insulin resistance, increase of insulin sensitivity and improvement of microcirculation.
