摘　　要：本文对我国东部沿海地区城市与区域发展中的城乡关系突破的关键、领导者素质与适度政府、区域城市化的目标、模式与前提等若干重要现实问题进行了分析阐述,指出其发展经验对我国中西部地区城市化的推进具有启迪和借鉴意义。In this article the author examines some of the current problems in the course of urban and regional development in the eastern coastal areas of China, for example, the crux of the ubran - rural relations, the quality of leaders and the moderate government, the objective of regional urbanization, the models of regional urbanization and the prerequisite of rigional urbanization. The author also points out that the experience of the eastern coastal areas provides significance for the urbanization in the central and western areas of China.
