摘　　要：在定点DSPTMS320VC5402上实现了基于H.263甚低码率视频编码系统,重点讨论最耗时的DCT,IDCT,运动估计、补偿模块在DSP上的实现算法,并讨论了在定点DSP上实现H.263关键算法应注意的问题。A method that a very low bit rate video coding system based on recommendation H.263is real-ized on fixed-point digital signal processor(DSP)TMS320VC5402is proposed.The algorithms of the most four time-consuming modules:DCT?IDCT?Motion estimate&compensatewhich are implemented on DSP are discussed particu-larly in this paper.And other problems which should be paid attention to when these key algorithms were realized on fixed-point DSP are also discussed.
