摘  要:产权理论历史发展可划分为三个阶段,马克思所有制理论和西方产权经济学作为相连的两个阶段具有不同的研究定位,形成了不同的研究领域和研究重点,它们之间表现出很大的互补性。所有权具有宏观和微观双向研究性:从宏观上研究即形成所有制理论,从微观上研究即定位为产权理论。现代产权经济学研究的产权,是体现现代所有权变革的崭新概念,即所有权的结构组合形式范畴。西方产权经济学的实质是在抓住制度与效率之间的内在联系,做好产权制度安排,达到产权效率支配状态最优,事实上作为了中国改革的一个可贵思想定点。The development of the theory of property right can be di vided into three historical periods. As the two subsequent periods of this theor y, Marx’s theory of ownership system and Western economics of property right ma nifest a considerable mutual supplementation on account of their different orien tations, different areas, and different emphases of study. In the course of econ omic study, the right of ownership is of a double sense: a broad study of which results in the formation of the theory of ownership system and a narrow one whic h brings about the theory of property right. A brand new conception in modern transformation of the right of ownership, the property right in the sense of modern economics of property right refers to the formal category of the structure of pr operty right. Therefore, the essence of Western economics of property right lies in the grasp of the internal connection between system and efficiency to make a good arrangement of the system of property right for the best control of the ef ficiency of property right. It is just to this orientation that China has found her foothold of the ideology of reform.
