摘 要:生产决定消费但消费对生产却有巨大的反作用。尽管在资本主义私有制条件下 ,这种作用往往被忽视弱化 ,然而在一定时期 ,尤其是经济危机时期 ,也会突发地暴露出来。在社会主义市场经济中 ,由于不存在对抗性的生产和消费的矛盾 ,因而消费的反作用就更突出 ,为此必须更新消费观念 ,树立爱消费、能消费、会消费、敢消费等积极的消费新观念 ,以促进社会生产持续快速发展 ,更好地满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要 。Production determines consumption, but consumption exerts a great reaction on production. Although such reaction is often neglected or weakened under the capitalist private system, it shows up spontaneously in a certain historical period, especially in the period of economic crisis. In the socialist market economy, the reaction from consumption becomes more conspicuous due to the absence of counteractive contradictions between production and consumption. Therefore, conventional consumption ideas must be updated by more positive ones (An example is that people should fall into the convention of loving to consume, learning to consume, and daring to consume), to encourage the sustainable and rapid growth of social productions, to better meet people's ever increasing physical culture needs, and to achieve a kind circulation of the national economy.
