摘　　要：目的 探讨Mitrofanoff通道(Mitrofanoff channel,MC)在神经原性膀胱尿道功能障碍疾患中的应用。方法 回顾分析MC在25例儿童神经原性膀胱尿道功能障碍患者应用的临床资料。结果 该手术不但达到了引流尿液目的,而且起到控制尿液外溢的作用。结论 认为MC不仅适用于上尿路有损害的低张膀胱,也适用于某些需要永久膀胱造瘘的下尿路梗阻性疾病。Objective To srudy the application of Mirrofanoff chanenl in neurogenic cystourethral dysfunction of children. Method The clinical data of 25 patients with neurogenic cystourethral dysfunction underwent the operation of MC was retrospectively analysed.Results Patients'urine not only were drained off successfully but also under control. Conclusion MC can be applyed to low-pressure bladder whose upper urinary tract has been injured, and some obstrcu-tive diseases of lower urinary tract that need permanent cystostomy .
