WTO环境下我国期刊产业的发展战略研究

摘　　要：本文重点阐述了WTO对我国期刊产业发展的主要影响及我国期刊产业发展的相应战略措施。研究表明,WTO对我国期刊产业发展具有重大影响。这些影响主要表现在外国企业和资本将进入中国市场;我国原有的期刊评价体系将面临更为严峻的挑战;我国期刊的办刊规模不利于参与国际竞争等方面。应对这些影响和冲击的有效措施就是大胆进行相关的结构调整。具体措施为:以建设“期刊方阵”为核心逐步优化产品结构;以提高办刊效益为核心逐步优化技术结构;以提高刊物质量为核心逐步优化稿源结构;以提高办刊活力为核心逐步优化人才结构。The paper focuses on the influences of the WTO on the industry of China's magazines and periodicals as well as its corresponding strategic solutions. Studies show that the WTO has exerted ma-jor influences over the development of China's magazines and periodicals, including the entry of for-eign enterprises and capital into China's market, the even more fierce challenge for the existing evalu-ating system and the scale of the industry of China's magazines and periodicals unfavorable to the in-ternational competition. Therefore, the effective solutions to these negative influences are to readjust the related structure thoroughly. The specific measures are taken: the gradual optimization of the prod-uct structure while constructing 'magazines and periodicals pyramid'; the gradual optimization of the technology structure while improving efficiency; the gradual optimization of the authors' contribution structure while improving the quality of magazines and periodicals; the gradual optimization of their qualified personnel structure while improving the vitality of magazines and periodicals.
