摘  要:采用高温、亚硝酸及两者的复合处理对烟草花叶病毒 (TMV)强毒株进行诱变 ,均可有效提高突变频率 ,而且复合处理还有较好的协同效应 .经生物学接种鉴定及血清学方法筛选 ,从中获得了 TMV- 0 17和TMV- 15 2 2个弱毒株 .用正交设计法考察病毒接种浓度、接种间隔时间、接种部位以及普通烟生育期等因素对弱毒株交互保护作用的影响 ,发现以烟株生育期和接种间隔时间两因素影响最大 .本试验结果表明 ,在烟草团棵期 ,弱毒株和强毒株接种间隔时间为 17d时 。Two symptomless TMV mutants named TMV 017 and TMV 152 were obtained by treatments of heating, nitrous acid and their combination, respectively. The results were as follows: The mutation rate could be increased effectively by the three treatments; the cooperation effect was better when TMV was treated by nitrous acid and heating. The effects of the inoculation concentration, inoculation interval time of mild strain and virulent strain, the inoculation position of the virulent strain and the age of tobacco plants on TMV mild strain cross protection, were observed by orthogonal designing. The inoculation interval time and the age of tobacco were important factors. It was proved that the effect of cross protection was the best when inoculation interval time between two strains was 17 days and the tobacco plants were at vigorous state.
